Kelsey Serwa and her crew visited SoLo for a "Wacky Workout Wednesday" and showed us how office fitness can be fun. October sees shorter days and cooler temps. It's easy to forget to get outside and keep moving. So we are making an effort to take that extra step, run up and down those stairs, and chase down the delivery truck before it leaves without that last parcel!
